NYCOMCO ANI software was in house designed and is exclusive to NYCOMCO only. This is great for those
customers who want to see who is calling in and when. The ANI software shows there name, lid, time,
and where they called in from. The ANI software keeps a daily log of records on who called in and is stored
and categorized on the computers hard drive. These are retrievable for the customers use at a later date.
You can also modify which lid goes with each name of caller whenever you would like(Great for shift changes).
